Dr. Thomas Guidat is a seasoned manager with over seven years of experience in Vietnam, specializing in helping FDI companies establish and grow operations in the country. With over twelve years in higher education and international business across several countries, he focuses on equipping future engineers and managers with the skills needed to build resilient business models and supply chains in Vietnam. He led the development of the Global Production Engineering Master’s program and co-created a research lab for applied production management at the Vietnamese-German University. As the Director of the Centre for Industrial Relations and Technology Transfer, he secured funding and partnerships for industry collaborations, enhancing career services and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Dr. Guidat’s expertise includes business consulting, curriculum development, and corporate training, with a strong track record in entrepreneurship, industrial management, and sustainability development. His work fosters industry-academia partnerships to provide FDI companies with skilled employees and long-term growth in Vietnam.
